Cross Country Finals

Well done to all our cross country runners who took part in the South Norfolk Finals.

Year 3 - 6 Cross County

Roydon's cross country experts took part in an event at Thorpe Woodland, Thetford on Wednesday. Every child that took part finished in the top 10 of their race. A superb achievement for Roydon! They will each take part in the cross country finals next week.

Year 5 and 6 Tag Rugby Tournament

Some pupils from year 5 and 6 took part in a tag rugby tournament at Diss High School before Christmas. It was great fun being part of a team, learning how to work together effectively and respecting other teams.

Both A and B teams won a lot of matches. Our A team have even progressed to the finals!

On Thursday Roydon's A and B team footballers played Diss Junior school. In damp condition we came out victorious in both games.

Sports Day 2014

Hawthorn, Rowan, Willow and Maple took part in Sports Day last week. 

Rounders tournament

This week we took two teams of year 5 and 6 children to diss high school to take part in a rounders tournament.

We played superbly and enjoyed ourselves. Roydon team 1 won 5 games out of 7. Roydon team 2 won 7 games out of 8 - winning the entire tournament! Congratulations and well done to everyone that took part!
